Sector 126 upgrade worth the price jump? Confused!

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa in Sector 126. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. I'm seeing projects by Godrej and Jaypee Greens, but is the price jump worth it, ya? Sector 126 seems nice, but what's the real deal with the traffic during peak hours? Heard it's a total mess. Also, how's the water situation there? Municipal supply sufficient or mostly tanker-dependent? Honestly not sure if I should stretch my budget. What does the community think?
