Sector 128 mein 3BHK dekh raha hu. My wife's priority is the kids' school. DPS toh nazdeek hai, but is it worth the hype? Heard the maintenance charges are crazy high in Jaypee Greens. Anyone living there can share their experience? Safe bhi hai na for the children? Hope someone can guide.

I heard Sector 150 is also becoming popular with families. School options are increasing there too. But prices are going up quickly.

Check the builder's track record for on-time delivery. Many builders in Noida have a history of delays.
Thanks everyone for the feedback! Will definitely look into the RERA registration and consider renting first to get a feel for the area. DPS admission process bhi dekhna padega.

Bhai, DPS is good, no doubt. But competition bahut hai for admission. And yes, Jaypee Greens maintenance is a killer.
