Sector 128, Noida: Good Investment or Overhyped?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 128, Noida. What do you think about the property rates there? It seems quite expensive. Is it worth the premium considering the connectivity? Kya connectivity achi hai? Also, has anyone experienced any waterlogging issues there? Mujhe advice chahiye about the investment potential. Is the ROI good compared to other sectors? Sector 150 better hai kya? Please share your experiences!
