Sector 128 Noida mein property rates bohot high hai, is it worth investing there? Connectivity kaisi hai, especially metro se? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues during monsoon? Luxury projects toh kaafi hai, but ROI kitna mil sakta hai? Mujhe advice chahiye, should I consider it?
