Sector 129 prices are too high; location premium isn't justified

Just moved into Sector 129 last month, and honestly, the property prices feel inflated. The connectivity is okayish, but is it worth the premium? Schools are decent, but far. My budget was stretched thin. Anyone else feel the same? Or am I missing something? Maybe resale potential is good? What's your take?
