Sector 13 Rohini: Daily life, hospitals, maintenance ka kya scene hai?

Since January, I've been looking at flats in Delhi, especially after my kids moved out. Don't need such a big place anymore, looking for something manageable, low maintenance, with an elevator, of course. My current place is getting hard to manage, so thinking of selling it. Rohini, especially Sector 13, seems promising. Prices are okay, not like South Delhi, but I'm worried about the ground reality. Wahan ka resident life kaisa hai? matlab, society ka vibe, log kaise hain? Aur sabse important, hospitals nearby kaise hain? Emergency mein kitni der lagti hai? Maintenance charges zyada toh nahi hote? Aur RWA kitna effective hai, ya bas naam ke liye hai? Just want to make sure it's a good place for peaceful living. Any experiences ya advice, please share.
