Sector 130 Noida: Good for investment?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 130, Noida. What do you think about the connectivity there? Is it easy to get to other parts of Noida and Delhi? Also, what's the social infrastructure like? Are there good schools and hospitals nearby? Kya kisi ko pata hai about future developments in that area? Mujhe advice chahiye! Is it a good time to buy property there? Thanks!
