Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida, specifically Sector 130. What do you think about the investment potential there? I've heard mixed reviews. Is it really a good ROI area? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the price appreciation in the last few years? Also, how's the connectivity? I'm mostly concerned about the distance to the metro. Is it easily accessible?
