Sector 130 resale: What NRIs need to know from afar

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Greater Noida. I'm based in Dubai, so visiting Sector 130 isn't easy. What's the resale market like there? Is it easy to offload property if needed? Legal clarity worries me, especially managing remotely. Any pitfalls for NRIs with POA?
