Sector 130's hype is all about the promise, not reality

Is Sector 130 really worth the premium? I'm based in Dubai and looking at investing, but can't do a site visit myself. Everyone talks about the upcoming developments, but nobody mentions the current waterlogging situation during monsoon. Drainage *sahi hai* or is it a mess? Also, how reliable is the power supply? I need a property manager sorted from day one, and frequent power cuts are a dealbreaker. Rental demand is supposedly high, but who's actually renting there? Mostly families, or just young professionals? Change my mind. Is it all just marketing fluff? Disagree? Tell me why. Need real resident experiences, not builder brochures.
