**Sector 132's** investment potential is completely overhyped, tbh. I've seen similar patterns before. The metro connectivity is decent, but the real resident life feels...isolated. Is the projected appreciation of 10-12% justified? I'm not seeing it. Change my mind. What am I missing here?
