Sector 132 Noida: Safe for families with kids?

Looking at 3BHK options near my kids' school in Sector 132. My wife's priority is safety. Heard some stories about stray dogs late at night. Anyone living there currently? Is it safe for the children to play outside? Also, what's the real situation with waterlogging during monsoon? Google dikha raha hai ki roads are fine, but ground reality kya hai? Any recommendations for good schools nearby bhi batao. Thanks!
