Sector 132 -- overrated or actually worth it?

Sector 132 – everyone talks about the hospitals nearby. But honestly, how's the actual water supply? Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore, and want something manageable near good medical facilities. Heard mixed things about water tankers. Also, those maintenance charges seem crazy high for what? Resale of existing property is factoring in. Change my mind, is it worth the price or should I look elsewhere? Disagree? Tell me why.
