Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 134, Noida Extension. What's your take on the area? Connectivity kaisi hai, especially metro se? I've heard property prices are rising. Is it the right time to buy? Also, which builder would you recommend there? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues during the rains? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya return acha milega? Thanks!
