Sector 134 Noida Extension: Investment Worth It?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 134, Noida Extension. What do you think about the connectivity there? Is it easy to commute to other parts of Noida and Delhi? I heard the metro is a bit far, is that true? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the future development plans in that area? I'm looking for good ROI. Also, what's the social infrastructure like? Are there good schools and hospitals nearby? Which one is better for families? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging there? Not sure if it's a good idea. What's your take on the property prices currently? Is it the right time to buy?
