What do you guys think about Sector 137 Noida? Saw a video claiming it's a great option with 2/3/4 BHKs, half Delhi prices, and only 15 mins away. They mentioned 9 societies like Paras Tierea and Logix Blossom. I'm honestly wondering if it's *actually* better value than other well-developed Noida sectors. Compared to places like Sector 78 or 120, is the living experience or ROI truly superior here? Any insights or comparisons?
