Sector 137 residents - is the price jump justified?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 93, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in Sector 137. Seen some nice options by builders like Godrej and ATS. But honestly not sure if the price jump is worth it. The maintenance charges seem high too. What's the real deal with waterlogging during monsoon? Is it as bad as people say? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a stretch. What does the community think?
