Sector 138 is overrated for families, I'll say it.

Okay I'll say what no one says: Sector 138 is overrated. Everyone glorifies the green spaces, but nobody talks about the actual commute. My wife's priority is the kids' school admission. The schools are decent, but the traffic during peak hours is insane! It's a nightmare getting to the main road. I need at least a 3BHK, and the prices are too high considering the daily traffic jhamela. Plus, are the maintenance charges justified? I'm honestly not sure. It's supposed to be safe for the children, but stray dogs are a problem I've heard. Am I missing something? Change my mind.
