Sector 138 Noida: Is premium living actually worth it?

Sector 138 keeps popping up as I consider upgrading from my current 2BHK in Sector 75. I'm looking at villas, tbh, and some in 138 look amazing. But the price jump is HUGE. Is it really worth the premium? I'm mostly concerned about the actual living experience. Heard mixed things about the maintenance charges and RWA effectiveness in some societies there. Are they actually responsive, or is it just throwing money away? Also, power cuts are a big worry. How reliable is the electricity supply, and do most places have decent DG backup? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Is the ROI justified considering the costs? Not sure if I should pull the trigger or look elsewhere.
