Sector 14: Hidden maintenance and water problems no one talks about?

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 14 sounds decent, but is anyone actually talking about the hidden maintenance headaches? Everyone glorifies this area for its location and established vibe, but nobody talks about the actual RWA effectiveness. My kids have moved out, I don't need such a big place anymore, so I'm looking for something manageable. But I've heard stories about high maintenance charges and poor water supply in some older societies. Is it true ki tanker mangwana padta hai often? And traffic, yaar, is it still a nightmare near HUDA City Centre side? For senior citizens, easy hospital access is key, and I don't want to get stuck in jams.
