Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 143, Noida. What's your take on the investment potential there? I've heard the property prices are decent right now. Do you think they'll appreciate in the next few years? Also, how's the safety and security situation? Is it a safe area for families? Kya kisi ne gated community mein rehne ka experience kiya hai wahan? Which one would you recommend? I'm also curious about the connectivity.
