Visited Sector 143A. Prices seem high. Is the metro connectivity worth the premium? And what about waterlogging during the monsoon? Real residents, please share!

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. If you are comfortable with potential delays and waterlogging issues, 143A might be worth considering. Otherwise, look at other sectors.
So, what did you decide, OP? Did you go ahead with the purchase?
My two cents: visit the site during the monsoon before making a final decision. That will give you a clear picture of the waterlogging situation.
Prices have gone up across Noida due to the new Jewar airport and metro expansion. So, 143A is not necessarily overpriced compared to other areas. But still, do your research.
Sector 143A is good for investment if you are looking at a 5-7 year horizon. Renting out will be easy due to the metro. But short-term gains might be difficult.
Possession mila kya kisi ko finally? Seriously considering cancelling my booking.
I think the hype is justified to some extent. Metro connectivity is a game-changer. But the waterlogging issue needs to be addressed. If the authorities fix that, 143A will be a good investment.
Don't just focus on the metro. Look at the overall infrastructure - schools, hospitals, shopping. 143A is still lacking in that department.
Mera experience: I booked a flat in 143A purely based on the brochure. Big mistake. Amenities shown are still not complete. Check the site thoroughly before booking!
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. They promise everything but deliver nothing.
U18, which amenities are incomplete? Swimming pool? Clubhouse? That's crucial info.
U18, thanks for sharing your experience! This is exactly the kind of information we need.
What about the registry process? Is it smooth in 143A? Any hidden charges I should be aware of?
Sector 150 is also nearby, with better social infrastructure already in place. Worth comparing before making a decision.
Bhai, builder ka reputation check karo before investing. Many builders in Noida are notorious for delays. Check their past projects in Sector 75, Sector 78 – you'll find stories.
Anyone know the average price per sq ft in 143A currently? I heard it's around 8k. Is that accurate?
Depends on the project, U11. Some are quoting 8.5k, some slightly lower. Negotiate hard!
U11, 8k is on the higher side. Sector 144 mein you can find better deals. Check online portals for price trends.
I'm an NRI looking to invest. Is it safe to invest in 143A, considering the waterlogging issue? Should I look at other sectors like 137 or 168?
U14, 137 is a good option, closer to the expressway. 168 is still developing. Waterlogging is less of a problem in 137.
U14, definitely do your due diligence. Noida authority has promised to fix the drainage issues, but who knows when that will happen. Better safe than sorry.
Waterlogging is a major concern. Anyone living there who can confirm? Also, what about power cuts? That's a bigger issue than the price, frankly.
I bought in 143A two years ago. Promised possession was Dec 2023. Still waiting. Builder keeps giving excuses. Metro is convenient, yes, but the constant construction noise is a pain. And yes, *very* bad waterlogging last monsoon.
Which builder, bhai? Name and shame! We need to be careful.
U4, RERA mein complaint daalo. Delayed possession pe compensation milna chahiye. What's the RERA registration number for your project?
U4, same here! Promised possession Oct 2023, now they're saying March 2025. I'm so frustrated!
Metro connectivity is a big deal for tenants. Renting out will be easier in the future. But for personal use, maybe not worth the premium right now.
Sector 143A… hmm. Prices definitely inflated. Metro is a plus, but is it *that* much of a plus? I'd say look at Sector 144 also. Similar connectivity, maybe slightly better prices. Monsoon ka toh bhai, Noida mein sabka haal same hai.
Hype, I think. Visited a few sites there, and the construction quality didn't justify the price. Builders are just cashing in on the metro extension. Real residents – please enlighten us!
