Been looking at Sector 143A. I work in real estate, so I know the builder game, but buying for myself is different, right? Metro connectivity is good, that's a plus. But are the property prices justified? Honestly not sure about long-term ROI. Anyone living there currently? What's the real deal with water supply and power cuts? Maintenance charges kitne hai?
