Sector 143A Noida: Good investment or not?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 143A, Noida. What do you think about the connectivity there? I heard the metro is pretty good. Also, how are the schools and hospitals nearby? Is it a safe area for families? Kya kisi ko pata hai about property price appreciation in that sector? Any advice on ROI? Is it worth investing now? Mujhe advice chahiye please!
