Sector 143A Noida: Investment potential and connectivity?

Hey guys, what do you think about investing in Sector 143A, Noida? I'm considering buying a property there, but I'm a bit confused. Kya kisi ko pata hai about the future development plans in that area? Connectivity wise, how is it? I mean, how easy is it to commute to other parts of Noida and Delhi from there? Which metro station is closest? Also, what's the general opinion on price appreciation in Sector 143A? Do you think property prices will go up in the near future? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it worth investing there right now? Any suggestions? Has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging there? Thanks!
