Sector 144 flats - Saraswati Group, worth the risk?

Anyone else looking at Saraswati Group projects near Sector 144? Need at least a 3BHK for my kids, and my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood. Heard some stories about construction delays, so I'm leaning towards ready-to-move. But the prices are high, yaar! Is it worth paying extra to avoid the headache? Sector 144 seems decent, good connectivity to the expressway. But how much will Jewar airport really impact property prices there? Honestly not sure if the ROI will be good enough. Should I consider resale instead? Maybe something already OC? Any first-hand experience with Saraswati Group? Or any other advice for a confused buyer like me? Hope someone can share their thoughts.
