Sector 144, Noida - Good for seniors or not?

Kids have moved out, and honestly don't need such a big place anymore. Resale of our existing property is almost done. I'm looking at Sector 144 for a smaller flat. Want something manageable, near a decent hospital. Heard Jaypee Wishtown is nice, but is it really senior-friendly? I'm worried about safety at night, you know? Plus, what's the real deal with maintenance costs there? Is the RWA effective or just another headache? Also, the metro connectivity is key for us. Anyone actually use the Aqua Line regularly? How's the last mile? Just want a peaceful life, not more stress, matlab. Any thoughts?
