Sector 144 - Overhyped or genuinely good for senior living?

Okay I'll say what no one says - Sector 144 looks good on paper, but is it actually *that* great for retired folks like me? I'm selling my bada house in Delhi, kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Looking at a compact 2BHK. Everyone talks about the metro connectivity, sahi hai, that's a plus. But what about hospitals nearby? Urgent care mein kya scene hai? And frankly, I'm worried about safety at night. Is it really as secure as they claim, especially for women alone? Maintenance charges bhi sunne mein aa raha hai ki bahut zyada hai. RWA kaam karta hai ya sirf paisa khaata hai? Change my mind. Tell me why Sector 144 is actually worth it for someone my age.
