Sector 149 mein villa lena sahi rahega?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a bigger space. Been looking at villas in Sector 149, especially around Jaypee Greens. Has anyone actually lived there? What's the real deal with the commute? I work in Gurgaon, so accessibility is a big concern. Metro connectivity hai, but last-mile connectivity kaisi hai? Also, prices seem quite high. Is the price jump worth it for the space and amenities? Already have a home loan, so EMI will definitely increase. Investment potential bhi dekhna hai. Kya resale easily ho jayega after 5 years? Honestly not sure if it's the right move. Koi advice dega?
