Just moved to 149. Metro connectivity is okay, but last mile is a pain. Auto walas charge crazy. Has anyone experienced this? Also, what's the water situation like? I'm hearing mixed things.

My friend is selling his 2BHK in 149. DM me if you're interested. Negotiable price.
Overall, 149 is a decent place to live. But be prepared for the connectivity challenges, at least for now.
So, OP, what's the latest? Did you manage to find a solution for the last mile connectivity?
Thinking of investing in a commercial property in 149. Any suggestions or insights?
Possession mila kya? What's the status? That's the most important thing to check before investing.
I'm a tenant in 149. Rent is reasonable compared to other sectors. But yeah, the auto guys are a pain. I end up walking a lot.
Anyone using Yulu bikes in 149? Are they readily available?
U11, Yulu is there, but availability depends on the time of day. Peak hours mein mushkil hai.
Don't just rely on what the builder says. Do your own research. Check RERA registration, visit the site, talk to existing residents.
Mera experience toh mixed hai. Connectivity is an issue, yes. But the area is green and peaceful. That's why I chose it.
Which builder are you with? Some builders are notorious for delaying projects and then not providing basic amenities. Be careful!
U18, Exactly! Check the builder's reputation before investing. RERA website is your best friend.
U18, True. I booked a flat with Supertech years ago...still waiting for possession! Never again.
Prices have gone up significantly in the last year, even in 149. Blame it on inflation and increased demand.
Last mile connectivity is a problem everywhere in Noida, not just 149. But 149 is still developing. Give it some time. More rickshaws and e-rickshaws will come eventually.
Bhai, patience is key. I bought in Sector 78 5 years ago, same situation. Now it's much better. Infrastructure takes time.
U10, true that. Noida mein development slowly hota hai. But then prices also go up eventually.
U10, Sector 78 is a good example. Metro helped a lot there.
Water problem? Check your society's STP (Sewage Treatment Plant). If it's not working properly, that's the main reason.
I heard there's a new rapid rail project coming up near 149. That might help with connectivity in the long run.
U14, Source? I haven't heard about this. That would be a game changer!
U14, Yeah, I read about that too. But it's still in planning stages, right? Years away from completion.
Water situation is pathetic in my society. We are getting water tankers every other day. Builder says 'temporary problem' but it's been 6 months! Anyone else facing this in Lotus Greens Broadwalk?
U3, same here! Broadwalk mein toh pani ka issue permanent lagta hai. We complained so many times, no use.
U3, Lotus Greens ka toh yahi haal hai. Bhai, check RERA filings, maybe you can escalate.
U3, My friend lives there too, he's always complaining about water. They're planning to move out because of it.
I invested in 149 a few years back thinking prices would skyrocket. Abhi tak toh kuch khaas return nahi mila. Sector 150 is doing way better.
Anyone knows what the current circle rate is in 149? Thinking of selling my plot.
Sector 149? Haan bhai, last mile connectivity is a real issue. Auto walas are looting people. Water situation...depends on your building. Some are dependent on tankers.
Totally agree yaar! Metro toh theek hai, but after that it's a struggle. I'm thinking of buying an e-bike just for this.
