Sector 149 Noida investment: Is it actually worth it?

Since last year I'm looking at investing in Noida, specifically Sector 149. I'm based in Dubai, so can't easily check things out myself. Initially, I thought about buying a flat near the metro for easy rental income. Heard good things about ATS Pious Hideaways, but honestly not sure if the prices are justified. Matlab, the appreciation potential kitna hai? I need decent ROI. Also, how's the resale market there? Can you actually sell easily if needed? My main worry is finding a reliable property manager from here. And what about power cuts? Is DG backup reliable? Any advice from people living there? I can't do a site inspection myself, so I rely on your experience. I need a property manager. Any recs? Also, safety for families, specially at night. Sahi hai kya?
