Sector 15 Neoshape flat — some post-possession thoughts

Sector 15 — just moved into my Neoshape flat last month. Honestly, the finishings are good for the price I paid, around ₹78L for a 2BHK. But I'm already hearing about new projects nearby offering better amenities for similar rates. It makes me wonder about resale value in 5-7 years, especially with Jewar Airport coming up. Has anyone else felt this post-purchase anxiety? Am I overthinking?
