₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 150 feels high. Upgrading from my 2BHK. Godrej, ATS rates inflated. Secondary market mein value milegi? Noida mein koi price correction zone hai for investors? Already home loan.

Totally agree, yaar! ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 150 is a huge jump. I'm also looking to upgrade from a 2BHK, but these prices are scaring me off. Lagta hai builders ne rates kuch zyada hi inflate kar diye hain, especially for Godrej and ATS. Kya karein, samajh nahi aa raha.
Haan bhai, same pinch! Meri bhi yahi haalat hai. Budget hil gaya poora. It's crazy out there.
