Sector 150 3BHK: Tax benefits nobody told me

Yaar, builders ka toh yahi haal hai. Jab tak booking nahi hui, tab tak they'll promise the moon. Once possession is done, you're on your own. Main bhi Sector 150 mein hi dekh raha tha, but yeh post dekh ke aur darr lag raha hai. My friend bought a flat in Alpha II Commercial Belt and even there, he said the builder was super vague about post-possession help. It's like they just want to close the deal and move on. Koi genuine help nahi milti. Hope you find some good tips here, I'm also listening in!
