Okay, I'll be honest — I'm getting serious decision paralysis trying to figure out my next move. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, it's fine but we're thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. Is the price jump from a 2BHK (around 90L) to a 3BHK (1.5Cr+) or a villa (2.5Cr+) in areas like Sector 150 or Yamuna Expressway actually worth it right now? I've seen some Godrej or ATS projects. Not sure if the premium is justified given current EMIs. With Jewar airport coming, will these areas really see that much more appreciation? Or is it just hype? What about construction quality and delays from builders like Gaursons or ACE for bigger units? Any experiences with upgrading in Noida recently?
