Heard some interesting chatter about Sector 150 in Noida – seems like it's becoming the go-to place for luxury homes! Word on the street is that with its prime location and the whole Sports City vibe, property values are climbing, currently in the range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per sq. ft. Plus, ACE Group is planning even more developments there. What I'm wondering is, how much higher do you think prices will go in Sector 150 with all this new construction? Is now the time to invest?

Sector 150? Luxury? Thoda zyada nahi bol rahe ho? I thought it was more of an affordable housing kinda place. 14-17k per sq ft toh bahut high hai. Which projects are we talking about?
Bhai, ACE is launching some premium stuff there, near the sports city. But 14-17k seems inflated. Maybe for the top floors with all the fancy views? Still, it's Noida, so you never know.
ACE Group ka naam suna toh dar lagta hai. Delayed projects galore! Check their track record carefully before investing your hard-earned money. RERA registration number bhi check karo, just to be sure.
Which project in Sector 93? I'm considering investing there. Need to be careful then.

Totally agree yaar! ACE has a bad rep. My friend invested in their project in Sector 93, and he's still waiting for possession after 5 years!
