Sector 150: Big names, silent phones post-booking?

Sector 150 – everyone talks about its potential, but what about actual builder communication? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 78 now, thinking of a 3BHK upgrade, maybe ₹1.8 Cr range. Honestly, after booking, do Godrej or ATS even pick up calls? My current builder just goes silent on delays. M3M too? Change my mind.
