Noida mein property lena hai, but Sector 150 kaafi buzz mein hai aajkal. Suna hai ACE Group kuch naya laane wale hain wahaan. Apparently, regulatory approval mil gaya hai aur infrastructure bhi tezi se badh raha hai. ACE Golfshire, ACE Parkway, Ace Medley Avenue, Sports City – yeh projects toh already hain, dekhte hain ab kya naya offer karte hain! Luxury projects ki demand badh rahi hai kya Sector 150 mein? Interesting development hai yeh. Property values bhi upar jaa rahe hain, toh investment ke liye sahi time hai kya? Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?

Luxury projects ki demand toh badh hi rahi hai. People want better amenities and a cleaner environment. Sector 150 ticks those boxes. But affordability is still a concern for many.
True, affordability is key. EMI bahut badh gayi hai aajkal. Interest rates are killing the market.
Be careful guys, ACE Medley Avenue is mostly commercial. Don't get confused and buy a shop thinking it's a residential property!
So, bottom line: Sector 150 is a good location, but ACE Group's track record is a concern. Invest wisely and do your due diligence!
What happened with the regulatory approvals for the new ACE project? Did they finally get all the clearances? That's the key question!
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. ACE ke new projects mein toh 8k+ expect karo. Worth it hai kya? Depends on your budget and requirements.
ACE Golfshire mein possession mila kya kisi ko? I'm planning to buy resale there. Any feedback would be appreciated.
@U17 Haan, kuch towers mein possession shuru ho gaya hai. But check the completion certificate before you buy. And negotiate hard!

Sector 150 is good for end-use, not so much for investment, I think. Rental yields are low compared to other sectors. Unless you're looking long term.
@U10 Agree. Investment ke liye toh Noida Extension is still better, especially for budget buyers. But quality of construction is a big issue there.
I heard the new metro line is going to extend to Sector 150. That will definitely boost property values. Anyone know when that's happening?
@U12 2026 tak expect kar sakte hain. But these things always get delayed in Noida! Don't rely on it completely.
True that! Metro toh dur ki baat hai, basic infrastructure hi theek se nahi hai kuch sectors mein.

Bhai, premium toh dena padega. Noida Extension mein sab congested hai. Sector 150 is planned and relatively less crowded. But ACE ka price point kya hoga? Any idea anyone?
@U4 Price toh definitely high rahega. ACE is known for that. But location is prime. Golf course views, connectivity... it's got a lot going for it.
I invested in ACE Parkway 3 years ago. Possession delayed hai abhi tak! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Be careful guys, check RERA before investing.

Sector 150 mein ACE Group kaafi aggressive hai! Dekhte hain kya naya offer karte hain. But honestly, luxury projects toh bahut hain Noida mein, differentiating factor kya hoga?
@U1 Exactly! Luxury toh sabhi bolte hain. Location toh achha hai, but builder ka reputation bhi matter karta hai. ACE ka track record mixed hai, IMO.
Sector 150 is definitely hot right now. Greenery and sports facilities are a big draw. But is it worth the premium? That's the question.
