Noida folks, has anyone else been wondering where the next big luxury spot will be? I keep hearing Sector 150 is becoming a hotspot, especially since the Sports City got the green light. Apparently, ACE Group is planning some new launches there! With prices already between ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per sq ft, it sounds like Sector 150 is moving upmarket fast, thanks to the infrastructure and demand for more open spaces. What do you all think? Will this push property prices even higher?
