Hey guys, Noida mein property lene ka plan hai kya? Always worried about ending up in a crowded area? Sector 150 is becoming the new luxury hub, especially with the Sports City connection! Rate bhi badh rahe hain – around 14,000 to 17,000 per sq ft. Seems like low-density living is finally becoming a reality. ACE Group is quite active there. Anyone has any first-hand experience or more info about investing in Sector 150? Let's discuss!

So, what's the overall consensus? Is Sector 150 worth investing in right now, or should we wait for the market to cool down?
I'm still on the fence. Rate is a major concern. I'll keep an eye on the market and see what happens. Thanks for all the info, guys!
Anyone actually booked anything after this discussion? What did you decide?
I'm an NRI looking to invest. Is Sector 150 a good long-term investment? Considering the upcoming Jewar airport, will the rates go up further?
U18, Jewar airport is definitely a positive factor. But don't expect overnight returns. It's a long-term game.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 12k/sqft hai currently. 14-17k is definitely overpriced. Check other sectors like 143B and 146 as well.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in my previous purchase. Swimming pool is still under construction after 3 years!
Sports City mein kya kya hai exactly? Just cricket stadium or something else too?
Plus, Sector 150 is very close to Pari Chowk. That's a big advantage for connectivity to other parts of NCR.
U4, they have a cricket stadium, football ground, badminton courts, etc. It's supposed to be a complete sports complex.
14-17k per sq ft is too much. I recently saw a resale deal in Sector 150 for around 12k. Negotiate hard, guys. Don't fall for the hype.
Be careful — some builders in that area have a history of diverting funds. Do your due diligence before investing. Legal advice lena toh banta hai.
Mera friend Sector 150 mein rehta hai. He says the infrastructure is still developing. Schools, hospitals, markets... sabhi mein time lagega.
Totally agree yaar, finishing bahut important hai. I bought in Sector 75 and the finishing is pathetic. Now I regret it. Sector 150 is better planned though, I'll give them that.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. They promise the moon and deliver a crater.
Sector 75 mein kaunsa project hai aapka? Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago, finally got it fixed after a lot of follow-up.
U5, which project in 75? I'm considering buying there, now I'm worried!
I invested in a plot in Sector 150 back in 2015. Rate was around 5k then. Ab toh lottery lag gayi hai! Patience pays off, folks.
Sector 150 is good because of the green cover. Noida mein itna greenery aur kahin nahi hai. But check the distance from the metro station before you invest.
Possession mila kya kisi ko ACE Group mein? I heard their projects are delayed. RERA number check karna important hai.
U11, I think some towers in ACE Parkway are ready for possession. But double check with the builder before you book.
ACE Aspire ka kya scene hai? Any updates?
RERA number toh sab dete hai, bhai. Actual delivery kab hogi, woh batao!
Sector 150, luxury? Thoda zyada nahi ho raha? I thought it was more 'affordable luxury' types. Rate toh badh rahe hain, that's true. But 14-17k? Bhai, kaun de raha hai itna?
Sports City connection is a big plus point though. Connectivity achi ho jaegi. But ACE Group... their reputation is mixed, isn't it?
I've been looking at Sector 150 too! Crowded areas se toh tang aa gaya hoon. But 14-17k seems inflated. Need to do some research. Anyone got recent sale deed data?
ACE Group ka Destiny Flora dekha tha maine. Location wise toh accha hai, but finishing was not up to the mark. Builder quality matters a lot, guys.
