U5, In that budget, you might find something in ATS Pristine. It's a bit older, but well-maintained.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in my sector 75 flat. Swimming pool is still not ready after 4 years lol.
Sector 150 is becoming the new Sports City of Noida. Lots of green spaces and sports facilities. Good for families.
It's a good area but I would recommend to rent first and then buy. See how it goes for a year.
Be careful — this builder has 3 delayed projects in Greater Noida West. Do your due diligence before investing.

Connectivity is improving though. The Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway will definitely help.
Luxury ke naam pe bas swimming pool aur gym bana dete hai. Real luxury is good construction quality and timely delivery. Which ACE does deliver but delays are expected

U6, Before filing RERA, try sending a legal notice. Sometimes that works. RERA mein toh it takes ages.
U4, I also invested in Parkway. They promised possession in 2022, now they're saying mid-2024. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.
U5, Same here! I am planning to file a RERA complaint. Enough is enough.
U4 & U5, Check your agreement. Is there a penalty clause for delayed possession? You can claim compensation.
