Sector 150 is potentially overpriced already

Noida Extension property search is getting intense. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. My budget's around ₹1.2Cr, already have a home loan. With Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway, everyone's talking about appreciation. I'm looking at Sector 72 or maybe 150. Is Sector 150 already priced too high, or will these infra projects still push it up? Which areas will benefit most from the Aqua Line extension? What's the community's take on investment windows here?
