Sector 150 — is the resale value actually good?

I'm based in Dubai and looking at investing in Noida. Sector 150 keeps popping up. Honestly not sure which builder is better for resale value down the line. Heard mixed things about customer support after booking with some builders, especially from people overseas. Anyone have experience with resale of Godrej or Tata projects? Also, what about hidden charges at possession time? Can't do a site inspection myself, so relying on you all! Need a property manager, btw.
