Sector 150 luxury projects: My honest take

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150. Rent has gone crazy, yaar. Finally fed up of renting. Dekha Godrej aur M3M ke projects. Prices bahut high lag rahe hai, especially for 3BHKs. Are these luxury segment prices reflecting real demand, considering Jewar Airport ka hype, or just builder ki greed hai? Will these prices sustain till 2026?
