Sector 150 — I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading. Is the price jump for a 3BHK there, or a villa near Yamuna Expressway, justified with Jewar Airport ka hype? Already have a home loan, EMI ka tension hai. Best move for long-term appreciation? Kya lagta hai?
