Sector 150 Noida: Are prices justified? Thoughts?

Has anyone checked out this video comparing projects in Sector 150 Noida? They're talking about 1.5 to 3Cr budgets. Honestly not sure if ATS Prateek Canary or Godrej Woods is worth that much. Video mein dikhaya hai golf-facing views and all, but is it really worth the premium? What do you guys think about the value for money in that area? Anyone invested there already?
