Sector 150 options: my Godrej vs ATS confusion

Been looking at Noida properties for a few months now, especially around Sector 150. Godrej Nurture aur ATS Pristine mein confused hoon. Godrej ka delivery track record kaisa hai, time pe dete hain kya? Aur ATS ki construction quality pe thoda doubt hai, suna hai finish issues aate hain. Both projects look good but hidden charges ka bhi tension hai. Kisi ka experience hai with their actual possession process? Which builder do you guys think is better long-term for an end-user?
