Sector 150 or Yamuna Expressway – Confused!

Just moved into my new flat in Sector 150 last month. Things nobody told me: the commute during peak hours is a nightmare. Parsvnath Developers ke project mein thoda possession delay bhi tha. Honestly, I'm now wondering if investing near Yamuna Expressway would've been better, considering the airport. Sector 22A mein kaafi plots available hai. Heard the ROI is better on plots than flats. Has anyone seen good appreciation recently on Yamuna Expressway plots? Plus, the pre-launch pricing trap is real, isn't it? Am I the only one regretting not looking at plots instead of a flat? What's your take on plots vs flats, specially near Jewar airport?
