Totally agree yaar. Green toh hai, but is the ROI justified? Sector 143A mein bhi options hain, less green maybe, but cheaper. Think about it.
ROI is the key. 143A mein connectivity better hai with the metro. Sector 150 is still developing. Patience chahiye.
Connectivity is improving though. Jewar airport is gonna be a game changer. Long term soch rahe ho toh 150 is good.
