Honestly, I had no idea buying a home would be this complicated. My parents keep saying Greater Noida is the future, especially with Jewar coming up. I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Sector 150, maybe ATS or Godrej. But prices feel really high, like ₹80L+. Is now even a good time to invest, or should I wait?
